Documentation of the following CURRENT shots/immunizations is required before we will accept any animal for boarding or grooming: Dogs: Distemper, rabies, bordatella Cats: Rabies, Feline leukemia
We feed all boarded dogs Exceed dog food, a high-quality food which typically does not cause digestive upset. If you prefer, we will feed your food. Please be sure to label any food you bring in with name and feeding amount.
We require a $25 non-refundable deposit for first time customers for summer and holiday reservations (no other time).
Boarding charges are per night, per animal. Check in time - all day, Monday through Friday. Check out time is 12:00 noon, Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are 8 to noon only. On Sunday we provide a convenience pick up between 4:00 -5:00PM.
We are happy to administer your pet’s medications. Once daily administration is included in the cost of boarding. Twice or more per day incurs an additional $2 daily fee. We request that you provide written instructions as to timing, frequency and method of administration.
We are unable to accept credit cards at this time.
